Roger Antonio Domínguez Márquez owns several farms in La Paz, Marcala, and also owns his own small wet mill. In addition to bringing his own coffees to market, he also sources from friends and neighbors in his close-knit community of Marcala. Roger sources based on cup quality and profile, and is able to blend lots from many several producers in order to offer them a fair price for their coffee and showcase the local profile.

Becuase Roger buys in cherry and does the processing himself, we are able to offer processing details for this blended lot. The coffees are purchased ripe and depulped the same day they're delivered, then fermented dry for 15–18 hours before being washed and dried for 12–15 days.

The coffees in this Community lot come from five producers in Marcala, each farming on land between 3–7 hectares in size.
